I have transformed my two-car garage into my own studio with rubber flooring, mirrors, and plenty of equipment. I provide a true personal fitness coaching experience where the workouts are all about you. Having trained in Lawrence at two different fitness clubs for over 8 years, I have worked with many different age groups and fitness levels. Bigger gyms are often crowded with people, always in the way. So, I decided to take my talents on my own and create a one-of-a-kind experience where the workouts are just as good as any gym.
Medlen's Health and Fitness Training is all about motivation, accountability, and hard work. As a former college and semi-professional football player, my personal training career has been influenced by my athletic background. Drawing from my experiences on the field, I create tailored training programs that prioritize safety, enjoyment, and help clients achieve their fitness goals with confidence. When training with me, you will truly get individualized and customized workouts designed for your goals. Each workout, I will help motivate you, keep you accountable to show up, and push you to work as hard as you can each day. With that said, I'm not a hard-ass type of fitness coach. I like my clients to have fun as well. I want it to be a laid-back environment where we can laugh and joke, but also put in the work.
